ACS national awards

• ACS Award for Achievement in Research for the Teaching and Learning of Chemistry
  Recognizes outstanding contributions to experimental research that lead to the improved teaching and learning of chemistry
• ACS-CEI Award for Incorporation of Sustainability in Chemistry Education
  Recognizes individuals or groups who creatively incorporate sustainability into chemical education
• George C. Pimentel Award in Chemical Education
  Recognizes outstanding contributions to chemical education
• J. Calvin Giddings Award for Excellence in Education
  Honors excellence in analytical chemistry education

ACS local section awards

• Section Award for Excellence in Teaching at a Two-Year College
  Honors excellence among two-year college chemistry faculty on the Greater Houston Local Section
