Quantum Foam Latte
Dalgona Coffee
Tiny amounts of protein and fat in instant coffee are used to make sugar-stablized bubbles that result in a foamy drink.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons instant coffee
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons boiling water
1 cup milk, warm or cold
nutmeg
Directions
1. Combine instant coffee, sugar, and water in a large bowl. Whip with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
2. Top milk with 2-3 heaping tablespoons of coffee mixture, then gently stir coffee mixture into milk.
3. Dust with nutmeg and enjoy!
