Purpose

To recognize outstanding contributions to research in medicinal chemistry.

Description

The award consists of $5,000 and a certificate. Up to $2,500 for travel expenses to the meeting at which the award will be presented will be reimbursed. The award is presented biennially in even-numbered years and the recipient will present an award address at the spring meeting of the ACS Division of Medicinal Chemistry.

Eligibility

The award will be granted for outstanding contributions in the field of medicinal chemistry regardless of race, gender, age, religion, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, gender expression, gender identity, presence of disabilities, and educational background.

November 1 (Presented Biennially in Even-Numbered Years)
