ACS ChemLuminary Awards 2025
The ACS ChemLuminary Awards ceremony took place on Sunday, August 17, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. The event followed the Board Open Session. Brian Gibney, Dean for the Sciences at CUNY Graduate Center, delivered the keynote address in honor of Prof. Patricia Redden, the recipient of the 2025 Award for Volunteer Service to the American Chemical Society. Afterwards, 22 committees of the Society presented the awards, which celebrate the work of our volunteers in improving all people's lives through the transforming power of chemistry.
