Snap a pic of your costume and post to Instagram or TikTok with #ChemClash for a chance to be featured LIVE on the ChemClash stream! The costumes with the most votes from the audience will take home a prize!

TikTok and Instagram Reels Challenge
What’s the chemistry of your favorite fall sweater? What’s the science of dry cleaning? How can we use chemistry to create more sustainable textiles?
Post an outreach video on TikTok or Instagram explaining an interesting chemistry concept or story related to this year’s NCW theme, Fabulous Fibers.
All video entries will be reviewed by our panel of Chemistry TikTokers, with finalists' submissions streamed LIVE during the ChemClash on October 18th. Top videos will be eligible for prizes!
- Upload your video by October 14th to Instagram or TikTok with #ChemClash
- Videos must be 30 seconds to 3 minutes in length
- Videos must be public
- Videos should be intended for a general audience
- Get creative! Write a song, create a chemistry dance, or incorporate a viral trend!
