How to Vote
Voting Deadline
Ballots will be distributed to all eligible ACS members to enable them to vote for the office of President-Elect in the ACS Presidential Succession.
- Members with mailing addresses in Districts III and VI will also receive ballots enabling them to vote for District Director.
- All voting Councilors will receive ballots enabling them to vote for Director-At-Large.

Online Voting
Online voting is available 24 hours per day. Online ballots must be submitted by 12:00 p.m. (Central Time, USA) of the deadline date.

What you will need:
- Your member account number
- Your Personal PIN number
These are on the personal ballot that was sent to you.

Mail-in Ballot
Mail-in Ballots
Mail-in ballots must be received (NOT postmarked) by October 22. Please allow time for delivery by the U.S. Postal Service to Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
The return paper ballot is blue and white and is titled “Official Mail-in Ballot.” The return envelope is white and has the statement “Election Ballot Envelope” with the Survey & Ballot Systems return address in Eden Prairie, MN printed on it.
